For the price I really thought I’d get a decent frame. This is something you’d buy for your teen who’s moving out for the 1st time. Very cheap softer materials. Frame bends easily, made out of sheet metal & bolts strip even easier. Bolts are bad if very soft metal that’s easily stripped. If I didn’t know any better I’d say this was made out of pop cans. Very weak. Baskets bent up as well.
It also DOES NOT fit standard sized fill mattresses. About 2 inches short both directions. Cheap unusable junk. Now I’m stuck with it due to not knowing it wasn’t going to work & lost several packaging materials due to the trash coming while I was assembling. I’d suggest looking for better quality & one that’s actually a true full size bed frame.
Trash of a product. By furniture at a reputable store, Amazon is not reputable but more of a Walmart online. Complete trash product & very unhappy customer. Slowly but surely getting out of the poor quality Amazon is now. One day I’ll be out of this junk site permanently.

Let me start by saying this bed frame is truly noise-free, and while the assembly was a bit time-consuming, it was overall pretty straightforward. That said, I did run into a few frustrating issues:
1. Some important parts were missing — specifically, the 24 plastic slat holder caps (which are key to keeping the frame silent) and the recessed power strip.
2. The manufacturer’s contact information was completely useless. The only phone number listed was out of service, and both email addresses Amazon helped me track down bounced back as undeliverable. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning such a large item with so many pieces already unpacked, so this was especially frustrating. I’ve reported the issue to Amazon, and hopefully they’ll update the info for future buyers.
3. There’s not much detail in the manual or product listing about replacement parts, so I had to take a wild guess and order extras just to be safe — which cost me more than necessary and delayed my build due to shipping issues.
On the bright side, the parts I ended up ordering did fit perfectly, and Amazon customer service was fantastic in helping compensate me for the missing pieces and trouble.
Now that it’s finally complete, the bed looks great. The drawers feel a little flimsy and will likely just be used for storing extra bedding, but it’s still nice to have the additional space. I can’t speak to its long-term durability yet — my husband and I are still a bit skeptical — but fingers crossed it holds up well!
Bottom line: this is a great bed once it’s fully assembled, but take inventory as soon as it arrives, and be prepared for potential hiccups with missing parts. Hopefully your experience goes smoother than mine — but I’m still glad it worked out in the end!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
If I could do this, anyone can. It took me some time, and the tools it came with weren’t the easiest to work with when I was at certain angles trying to screw them in but overall, the assembly wasn’t half bad. The bed itself is sturdy and completely silent. I definitely recommend!

A bit confusing to put together and a little lower to the ground than I thought at first glance, but good. Good storage space above the head. Pretty sturdy, but I’m single so can’t comment on couples. Comfy.

Muy útiles los cajones bajo cama.
Seleccioné 2 al frente 1 uno a cada lado ya que así los cajones laterales (1 en lugar de 2) pueden ser abiertos sin que los burós estorben.
Muy buena calidad en sus componentes, muy práctico el carril superior en la cabecera para poner ahí lentes, controles remotos, celulares, etc. además de que se pueden cargar en el enchufe incluido para ese efecto.
Nos llevó como 3 horas armarlo, bien documentado el instructivo para hacerlo. De las más de 100 piezas que se incluyen, solo un tornillo no pudimos ponerlo en su lugar, pero no era importante.

Someone said this bed is sturdy and boy do they mean it! Perfect for my daughter and even her dad and I to lay in it with her. The drawers are a nice storage feature and seem to hold a lot. It was fairly simple to put together my husband and I did it within 2 hours. It’s not to high or to low to the floor and looks so awesome! Def recommend! P
