    The company was not the easiest to work with, they originally sent me the wrong size and didn’t want to fix it because they would have to swallow the cost. Eventually, with lots of back and forth and me not giving up, I got the right size sent. And the mattress is great. Firm with a slight squish at the surface. Minus the company being a pain, it was totally worth the money.

    My husband and I have very different mattress preferences, yet both ended up selecting the same mattress for our version of a “two-fulls to super king” set-up (the bedroom is only 110″ wide, so we bought two fulls to make a wall-to-wall single bed).

    He likes a firmer mattress and I typically like a softer one. Given the decent price and fact that this wasn’t an in-store “try before you buy” kind of situation, I assumed we may end up with some kind of toppers to get them to our particular likings, but – somehow – neither one of us has spent one night tossing or turning since we bought them.

    Before I got it, I was a little concerned about the fact that the firmness was supposed to vary down the length of the bed; what if it wasn’t in the right spots or at too long or short of intervals? Well, you can’t easily just “feel” where the firmness (i.e. support) changes by poking around at it, but I’m a side-sleeper and my body can definitely tell if I need to move up or down the length of the bed an inch or two… but once my hip finds the right spot on the support groove though, it feels perfect and it’s lights out! Took me a moment the first night, but after that, it’s like second nature. My husband (who sleeps mostly on his back) loves his, too… that boy is always trying to sneak in naps now (well, whenever someone isn’t calling to wake him up, anyway)! Even the dogs get excited for bedtime!

    Silly but important detail: I love the opener that comes with the mattress! Takes away all the fear of slicing open your tightly packed new mattress with scissors or a razor blade. Added bonus: doubles as a package and envelope opener after the fact!

    I was never the buy a mattress online kind of person. I always went to a store and tried them out before buying. There are a few things I hate buying in this world…. cars, appliances and mattresses..I dislike those sales people for some reason…I feel they are pushy but I digress.
    I did a lot of research and stumbled upon this mattress. The reviews seemed really good compared to others so I thought why not. If it’s horrible I’m not out a ton of money and I can make do with it till I get my money’s worth.
    I’ve ever owned Sealy mattresses and this one tops those. It’s beyond comfortable and I fall asleep so fast now. It’s firm but not too firm and it’s like sleeping on air it’s so comfy.
    It creaks a bit but I guess that’s normal with springs or it’s the new bed. Time will tell.
    Watch out when you unpack it…once you slice open the plastic it literally springs alive .
    It’s really heavy so be careful.
    It slopes downward at the bottom…or top depending on where you put it….but it could still need to inflate a bit…it’s been a week.
    There was a slight smell when I first opened it but that went away on a few hours…or I got used to it. It wasn’t horrible it was just there.
    All in all not a bad purchase.
    How it holds up is anyone’s guess. If I get even a year I will be happy..
    . hoping for more though.

    Edit….9/12/2023 started using the mattress on 8/28. Was great for the first week. Then things went downhill. Turns out the creaking is the mattress. It doesn’t fit in the bed frame causing it to not evenly distribute weight on the slats. Then there is the uncomfortablness. I wake up sore now.
    I’ve flipped it when I changed the sheets but given it’s a hybrid there are only so many ways to flip it. The sagging at the bottom has gotten worse and I can’t sleep on my side anymore without feeling like I will fall off. I’m not a heavy person but I must be too much weight for the mattress to support.
    I had such high hopes.

    Mattress is terrific – firm enough. Bought to replace a 4 year old memory foam which was so soft it hurt. The new one is just right – sleep is greatly improved. BEST feature was the delivery service I paid extra for. Amazon crew removed and disposed of old mattress, unboxed and set mattress on frame. I am 80 with some health issues and could not have purchased from Amazon without this service. Not all mattresses on Amazon are available with this delivery and I limited my shopping to those that did. Completely worth the $79.95 extra – total including delivery was under $300. Highly recommend the mattress AND the delivery service.

    Do NOT order this if it’s your daily sleeper. My husband and I slept on this for a couple months and it caved in in the middle- and we are not heavy people. We woke up with everything hurting- literally- sometimes so bad we thought we had the flu. I won’t give this a one star because I ordered this knowing it was not a high dollar organic perfect mattress. I think this is a great priced bed for occasional guests and maybe with a topper it won’t sway and hurt so much.

    After a hip replacment and 3 revision within a year and a half,a good night sleep was not happening for me,I had been having to sleep in a recliner because I just could not sleep on my old mattress. But then I read up on several mattresses for people with bad hip and back issues so I decided to give this mattress a try. I let it expand for 2 days (bed in box) and the first night I laid on it I knew this was the mattress that would help with all my poor sleep habits. It was so comfortable!! I couldn’t belive how much my hip eased up with the pain and I was able to finally get the best sleep I had in over a year. Everyone is different and have different issues but I would definitely recommend this for a good night sleep.
