It’s a nice product, but the photos are a bit misleading. As everyone else has said, the bed in the picture is taken at an angle that appears to make it taller than it is. Really make sure to look at the product measurements as the bed does sit fairly low to the ground. The photos of the color were off for me as well. The gray came in to be much more brown – close to the black color one. I did work with customer service to confirm the color was correct and they did state on their end that it was correct and that lighting can play a factor in color. Although I still think the color is farther off than just some lighting changes, they were easy to work with and quick to respond if you do need to reach out to them. I’ve attached photos to show the comparison between advertised and received. All in all it has made a nice addition to my book loving husbands guest area.

I had about 4 different beds in my cart for about 3 weeks. I thought about it long and hard and finally decided on this one, although it was a bit more costly than the others. I really wanted the functionality, storage and look of this bed. It is delivered in two separate boxes and may not deliver on the same day. It was a bit overwhelming unboxing it and seeing the large amount of pieces, but the instructions and patience while listening to podcasts made it easy to assemble. The only bump I did run into during assembly is the instructions about where/how to install the light bar. Following the picture diagrams carefully and installing it as instructed to placed the led bar in a place that would not allow you to then install the shelves. Peeling the light bar off after it was already tacked down with the included 3M tape was near impossible and damaged it beyond use. I messaged the seller about this and they compensated me a large difference. More than what the light bar would’ve cost alone. I continued with the assembly and finished in about 4 hours doing is alone and at times entertaining a toddler. I love the amount of cross bars for support of the mattress. It adds so much stability and feels truly strong. I’ve slept on more expensive beds with less support. The use of shelves and drawers is great, so functional and there is no wobble. I was worried that with sitting down or getting up would make the headboard wobble but it doesn’t budge and I feel confident in putting more fragile items there. Really happy with the final result!

I bought this bed for my 4 year old son who swore up and down he’d sleep in his own bed if it was bigger. Well, it worked! He loves this bed and for the price I was happily surprised. Directions were easy to follow, it was put together in a few hours. My son thinks it’s just the coolest thing ever because he can choose the lights, and have his toys on the shelves. My 2 year old wants to sleep in it at night with him they both love it so much. I would 10/10 recommend it, and will likely buy another in 2 years when my younger one needs a bigger bed. I had a small issue and the customer service of this company was absolutely excellent. Willing to work with you, and responding promptly.

Arrived early and is beautiful 😍 . Pay attention to the directions, there are some important details that aren’t called out as much as they could be, which could potentially make you miss a step. Utilize the video instructions!! Also, if you think you’re missing pieces, double and triple check the box! Some were taped in the box somewhere and were difficult to get out but we found them!
The drawers/ night stands aren’t easily accessible if you have carpet!

After spending an exorbitant amount of time searching for a bed with all of the features I wanted, this bed met most of them on paper. It’s great in concept but a few things make it less great in practice.
The #1 most important thing to know is that this bed does NOT work well on carpet – or at least anything other than very low pile carpet. The feet of the bed sink into the carpet pad a little bit making it so the pull-out drawers don’t lock into place and push out instead as the mattress applies pressure to one side or the other. I ended up buying a 1/4″ sheet of hardwood and cut it down into squares I could put under neath all of the feet to lift the bed up a little. Great, problem solved.
The pull-out drawers in the headboard get absolutely stuck on the carpet. They are unusable without a custom solution. I ended up buying some clear acrylic panels I could slip under the headboard allowing the wheels to roll in and out. The acrylic has to extend out more than a foot beyond the bed for the wheels to roll on to allow it to actually be usable. Also, unless you can manage to get everything perfectly level with appropriate pressures everywhere (not easy), the drawer can still struggle to slide in and out since without the friction from carpet there is nothing keeping the back side of the drawer compartment from bending inward slightly.
Moving on, there is enough of a gap between the head and foot of the bed that the mattress can move toward the foot and allow things to easily fall under the bed. I ended up buying some polyurethane foam sheets I could pack at the foot of the bed to keep the mattress from moving downward. Now it’s rare but sometimes things can still slip down there.
Finally, the long board at the foot of the bed is just not stiff enough. If you push on it, it will bend quite easily. It feels flimsy.
Overall, I can live with it now that I’ve implemented custom solutions for a lot of problems (and my work isn’t totally done yet), but I don’t love it and I probably won’t have this bed frame for very long.
