Easy to assemble and very pretty, but broke within a couple weeks of use. I weigh 120 lbs so this definitely had no reason to fall apart. Screws on the middle support bar stripped out and the metal bent, so the middle support bar tilted and became useless. Side support post fully just fully broke off–a square metal leg should not be so weak that it can simply break off like that. This metal is SO cheap.
Also, even before using it while setting the bed up: there was one side piece that was not drilled properly so no screw could get through it where I was able to screw into the other four side pieces. I had to use a drill on it and was able to punch through at which point a perfectly round piece popped loose–the factory had cut the hole but not all the way through. It is just cheaply manufactured so the hole wasn’t even properly cut. Should have returned it then realizing it was cheap but oh well.
Pictures show broken off side support post, top of side support post where it ripped off, overall bed now sunken with no middle or side supports, and middle support bar with stripped out and bent holes.

I love the look of this! I wish the headboard/end were a bit taller as my mattress is a bit taller than the end.
It took me (one person) about 30 minutes to set up. Somewhat creaky, hopefully it will hold up for a good while!
——Edit———
Unfortunately, this bed frame broke after 3 months. The center leg on the lefthand side snapped at the connection… I am just grateful my dog wasn’t under the bed. This is not worth it. I hate leaving bad reviews. I have NEVER broken a bedframe before and it happened while I slept- it was very scary and I am lucky to not have gotten injured very badly. This barely holds up the weight of a good quality mattress. Save your money, keep looking.
Another review said it broke in the same place… Seems to be a faulty product.

the tack welds are mid, and it’s a bit thinner than the picture leads you to believe. it was easy to assemble didn’t need extra tools. everything else is fine and works for my purposes

I spent a lot of time researching my new bed frame to fit my needs, this ticked most of my list. I wanted to get rid of my ugly king sized wooden bed frame which took over the whole room and stunted my decor aspirations in my downsized new build home, been here 3 yrs waiting to get rid of that bed. The frame was well priced at approx $130- affordable. I wanted a head and footboard with the footboard not being too tall or imposing, I wanted a classic simple design which this is. This bed is approx 12 inches high- I wanted taller but knew what I ordered, the deciding factor was the slip in slots for the base- I was hesitant but loved the ease and stability that that style of assembly added to the set up- super secure! I put the bed together my self – the pieces were well labeled and instructions easy to follow. Took about 1.45 hrs, I worked slow and steady because I did not want to make mistakes. I retightened it all at the end for tight connections. The bed is solid and sturdy, no rattling squeaking or wobbling, it’s a nice looking design, understated, but looks great made up with elegant quits etc. I’m getting a new mattress but for now using a spare queen I had at home with a quality memory foam toppper which I cut down from my old king size. My other bed was very tall so this was a compromise for me but I like it and may get risers at some point as I decorate / pull together the whole room. I’ve been sleeping on the bed a week and I love it. Comfortable, stable and nice looking. I’ve had solid iron and brass beds before, which were high end, quality heavy metal bedframes, this is not that level of quality, however at this price point it’s as expected and I love it for my current needs and budget. No boxspring needed, the platform is great support , simplicity, classic style and comfort.
