Updated Review: Because I needed the frame, I decided to keep it instead or returning and purchasing a different one. There is a lot more to assemble than the listing indicates but for most people it would be pretty simple. It does not fold in the center like I originally thought, instead the bars are attached in the center with a support bar. It does feel like a solid frame, and I would recommend it overall. I am only giving it 4 stars because the listing and videos are misleading.
Original Review: The pictures and videos indicate that the sides are one solid piece that do not fold out to get the full length. That is why I chose this frame. When it arrived it is clear that is does actually fold in the center (which again is NOT what I wanted). I could have purchased this exact design for much less money. I have not taken it out of the box because I am still deciding if I want to return it.

Do yourself a favor and go ahead and buy this bedframe! My husband and I had recently purchased another type of bedframe similar to this product but unfortunately that bedframe was so unstable and made the most awful squeaky noises at the slightest movement. We were afraid this bedframe might possibly have the same issues, but none so far!

I understand that sometimes things just break, but great customer service and making it right makes all the difference.
One year in one of the supports broke. This frame had kids sleeping on it nowhere near the weight limit so buyer be ware.

This thing is tough and yet not excessively heavy. Once the main structure is assembled it is rock solid. I was initially concerned because the center clips for the cross pieces are made from plastic. However, they are snapped in to a steel support and ended up being very secure and solid once everything was assembled. Excellent product.
