We ordered the bed frame 2 years ago. During a recent relocation out of state we lost some parts of the bed. We contacted the manufacturer and they shipped us the additional parts. Highly recommend the bed frame and the company.
Assembly is straightforward, looks great, very sturdy. The bed is high enough that it can be used to store suitcases.

It took some time to assemble, but the user manual made it easy to fix. The bed is sturdier than I initially expected! The design is simple yet appealing, and it fits perfectly with my 14-inch mattress—making the overall height just right. The middle support is excellent, and the material seems durable enough to last a long time. It’s the perfect addition to our second bedroom.
I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

Five stars all around but I would make a reduction of one star in the design. It would be better in my book and save stubbing my foot if the support that is located midway on the length of each side could be relocated a few inches inward from the outer edge. (Since I’ve hit it twice now I hope I’ve learned it’s whereabouts without the need for a structural change. Nevertheless …. )

Great bed frame, sturdy and easy to assemble did take some time but not too long, price was reasonable for the looks and feel, fits perfectly in my room and doesn’t have a squeaking issue or anything

This is a nice and sturdy platform bed! I was able to put it together in about an hour and it does not move around and squeak. I like the look of wood, but it is not a real piece of wood; it is some type of press board made to look like real wood. The reason for 4 stars is because it arrived with a few areas of paint loss. The areas look like the paint has been rubbed off, maybe in shipping. This is not a big deal to me, I just touched those up with black paint.
