    In our retirement age, we needed a new bed for our comfort. I originally ordered two twin size for the California King size bed, but they were about 4 inches too short for the electric adjustable bed frame. So I used those mattresses in other places and ordered the XL twin sizes – just perfect for the adjustable frames – the cats also love to sleep on them with us. They are firm without feeling stiff – perfect for us old folks!

    We have the Tempurpedic in our room. We wanted to set up a room downstairs with split king adjustable bases but did not want to spend another 10K (+/-) on two twin XL mattresses to use with them. These looked nice, had decent reviews and were reasonably priced so we thought we’d try them.

    When we first got the box, I thought it was the wrong item because nowhere did it say Irvine Home collection. But when I opened it to see, it appeared to be the same thing in the picture. So we unpacked them and when laying it out on the split king frame, it was about 12″ short (when in the vacuum pack). I went back to look at the box to make sure I ordered the twin xl (and not just twin by mistake) and that it was what it said so I went ahead and unpacked it. (I was really really close to sending it back because while things do inflate, I did not think it would lengthwise increase enough).

    24hrs later the two twin xl’s are fitting perfectly on the split king frame. The mattresses look great and work very well with an adjustable frame so the next step is seeing how they hold up. I will update this review if we have any issues.

    It is almost impossible to find a great value & quality foam mattress with absolutely NO fiberglass anywhere in it! Always check the fine print details & customer reviews because most inexpensive foam mattresses have fiberglass somewhere in them, often the cover liner, even when they CLAIM to be free of fiberglass.
    This gel/foam mattress exceeds expectations and is Excellent quality! Medium soft & firm, similar feel to Tempurpedic. Quite substantial mattress! Got for my 9 year old daughter’s, now almost 11 yo, top bunk bed & now getting another for the bottom bunk. Highly recommended!!!

    Bought this for a toddler floor bed due to the smaller height. It is comfortable and the gel layer is even cooling. Our child appears to sleep comfortably in it without waking up. The mattress cover removes easily by unzipping and cleans well and after air drying it goes back on without issue.

    We bought the twin size for our 7yr old, who weighs 46lbs. It came compressed, we took out of box, and cut the plastic off. There werent directions on how long to let sit, but we let sit for 3 days to fully take shape. There was one 6in area by one of the corner seams that seems like too much glue was used and it was kind of clapped, like never fully filled. But doesnt interfere with the mattress ability at all. The top is a little bit harder, which made for a good transition from a firm traditional mattress to memory foam, as her body is still growing. She really wanted a memory foam mattress after testing one out in the store. She loves sleeping on this one. Overall, it was a good value, and transitional mattress for our daughter. It could use some directions on how long to let decompress, and minor craftmanship error. But other than that, happy with our purchase.

    We bought it to replace the old too-thick mattress on an existing electric (hospital-type) Twin XL frame. The 8 inch thickness was just right. Very comfortable and works fine when ends are elevated. Also a great value at around $150!

    Though it was a bit hard to get used to at first, we have successfully made it work. The softness comes after time though. Still love the fact that when my husband gets in and out of bed, I cannot feel him doing it. Price was great for this product!
