I am very disappointed!. Both sides are super firm and hard. The white “memory foam” side has no memory. When I press on it with the palm of my hand and fingers, it barely leaves an imprint. There is no give to it at all! I bought this hoping to relieve pressure on my bad back and neck, and relieve my hip pain if I sleep on my side. I gave it a try for one night and woke up feeling horrible, after the few hours of sleep I managed to get. There is no cush to it! I will give a star for the fact that there is no smell to it, like they stated, which was one of the good selling points. It’s impossible to return it because once you take it out of the box and let it expand for 72 hrs, you can’t get it back in the box! This was a total waste of money for me! Amazon says I have to call the seller. The Seller does not answer their number and does not return my call as I requested on the voice message! This feels like I got scammed for something I paid for and can’t use!

I have to admit, I read the reviews and I have used toppers before. None of them where ever firm enough to provide support for my mattress. This thing is the real deal . We did let it sit out for 2 days and it is a tiny bit wider than our king but man. even though its floppy this thing has support from top to bottom. If you need firm.. real firm topper this is the only one i would buy and suggest.

I love that it is truly firm. I got it in the winter and it seemed fine, but now that it is summer it holds heat and that wakes me up. If it just had less heat retention it would be perfect.

I watched one of the videos that someone had submitted, and they showed squishing the mattress on one of the borders. It is true that the borders aren’t super firm but my my the mattress pad itself is hard as a rock. I’m going to ask that someone to turn it over to the less firmer side because I think it’ll be more comfortable, but this is definitely worth the price if you want something that feels like you’re sleeping on the floor.

My husband and I have been needing a new mattress however it’s not in the budget right now. The mattress we want is over 5k and we are saving for it, but the mattress we have right now is just so bad I started looking for something affordable and temporary. We got the queen 2in firm and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the strong plastic smell and it’s about an inch too big for our queen mattress. Other than that we noticed a huge difference in our quality of sleep. It’s almost like we got a new mattress, it really does help relieve pressure. I have been having lower back and hip pain for months and 1 nights sleep on this truly helped. Down side it is hard to get out of the bed in the mornings because it is so comfortable.
