We wanted a medium firm bed topper, have bought many expensive toppers, this is great! Doesn’t seem to make me hot like others. My body is not formed and sinking in like other memory forms. Happy with purchase and price. Good thickness, very durable, I let it air out for a day & no smells. Queen size fit our mattress.

I’m currently living in an Airbnb, and the mattress here is way too soft causing me having acute back pain. I desperately needed a solution and after reading every review under 4 stars (yes, I do my homework), I decided to give this mattress topper a try.
Here’s my experience:
* After laying it flat for 48 hours, I was worried at first because it still felt soft when I stepped on it. But once I laid down. It’s firm. Very firm. It supports my back perfectly, and even after just one night, I already felt some relief.
* And yes, the chemical smell is real. Even after two full days with windows open and the air purifier on 24/7, it still smells pretty bad. I’m hoping it airs out soon because I don’t think breathing this in is great for anyone. But honestly, with how bad my back was, I had to prioritize pain relief over fresh air.
* One heads-up: the package is heavy. It literally says on the box that it requires teamwork to move. If you’re already dealing with back pain like I was, don’t try to carry it yourself. Ask for help.
All in all, if you’re struggling with back pain and need a quick fix for a too-soft mattress, this topper might be what you need. Just brace yourself for that chemical smell at first.

This mattress is very well made but is a lot harder than I anticipated. There is no squish. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I got very little sleep the first night because I was uncomfortable all night. Night #2 I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore and at midnight, I took it off my queen bed. I would like to return it, but you need to return it in a box. That’s impossible. Because it is so firm, you can’t even fold it in half, let alone get it small enough to fit in a box that would fit in my car. So now I’m out $174 and not real happy about it. I can’t even throw it away because it won’t fold enough to fit in my small garbage can. Buyer beware.

I wish I could give this mattress topper more than 5 stars!!! So I have had a memory foam hybrid mattress for about 5 years and within the last 6 months, I have been having lower back pain. Being a 40 year old woman, I know my body needs some love and read about how memory foam mattresses, no matter how many times you rotate them, start to get softer and sag. I felt this was the issue so I researched for a mattress topper since my mattress was less than 6 years old.
After reading review after review I narrowed it down to two, this one and another one, both from the same company. I decided to go with this one on a whim. It came in and I unrolled it happily. I know others mentioned a smell, but I didn’t notice anything which was a relief. After a little over 24 hours it was fully fluffed and I went to put it on my bed. I had a little issue (tear) with the seam and I reached out to the company who fixed the issue right away! The first night sleeping on it was a DREAM!!!! It was the first morning I woke up with no lower back pain!!!!! The second night was just the same. I also record my sleep and I slept the deepest I have slept in a long time!!!!
This mattress pad was worth ever penny! It looked like it was a little bit bigger than my queen mattress at first, but when you get the sheets on, it’s just fine. Go ahead and try it!!! It was the best purchase I have made in a long time!

Product was just as described. I needed a well made mattress topper for my queen bed to give me added support for my back. It was just what I wanted a little firmness for added support. No smells, high quality matress topper cover. It arrived flawless. Shipped quickly and arrived on time with no issues. The topper is very firm, yet still comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. If you’re in the market for a firm topper, this one is a great choice. The high density really makes a noticeable impact. What’s another great aspect is it made our low profile bed feel higher and not so low (we’re not big on the low profile).
The photo I shared was taken right after I unboxed it, and I forgot to snap an updated one after it fully expanded. The instructions recommend waiting 48–72 hours for it to fully inflate, but we found that 24 hours worked just fine for us!

I bought this product for firmness to support my back there was not that much of a noticeable smell I have not yet tried to wash my product It’s heat retention is normal . I will recommend this product
