This mattress topper is well worth it. I was waking up with neck/back pain and this helped so much within a few weeks. In the past I’ve stayed away from memory foam toppers because they felt confining and hot, but this one is honestly great, stays cool and doesn’t completely engulf you in foam.
It was very convenient to open this and put it on, came sealed and wrapped tightly in plastic. I just left it on top of my mattress for the rest of the day with a window cracked to help with the smell (yes, there is a smell and no it’s not unbearable and overwhelming, just air it out and the smell is gone within a day or two).
I will point out that it’s quite tall so if your fitted sheet was already a little small on your mattress, you’ll probably need a bigger one with this.

Best topper I have ever bought. I first bought a full sized for my granddaughters bed and it felt so good I bought one for our king sized bed. That one did not work too well as we have a foam type mattress so I had my husband cut it down for our queen sized guest bed and it’s a dream. A friend slept on it and had me send her a link so she could get one for her bed.
Great for regular type mattresses but if you have a foam type mattress it’s much too soft and sinks in too much.

Quality product, soft feel. The memory foam properties of it could have been better. It was more cushion. There was no odor to it even though it was supposed to be aired out. It’s a very comfortable soft bedtopper which definitely helps with the sleep.

I really like this topper. I tend to sleep like a fired brick and this topper has actually distributed my heat well and kept me cool and comfortable through the night. 10/10 recommend.

So comfortable! but Amazon sent me the wrong size for my king size bed and it looks like it was a return because it was fully rested and needed zero time to fluff up. Since it was in good condition I just rolled with it and it worked out just fine. Highly recommended but just hope you get the correct size when you order.

I have a mattress at 7 years old I can’t afford to buy a real good one for $2,000 so I got this plus I have another two inch underneath it and I have a mattress cover over top of it which is has down in it and oh my God is it a good night’s sleep I highly recommend it it was worth the price

I don’t know about the cooling gel because of the fact that I use fleece sheets like those plush covers that are really fuzzy and furry my sheets are like that. So they’re meant to hold heat. I have a thing about fabrics and them touching my skin and so I’ve always had sheets like this. I can’t tell you that when I bought it I think it was only 80 bucks versus now it’s a lot more expensive but it is so comfortable. I’ve had it for about a year now and I just flipped it for the first time because it was getting a little flat. However, you’re supposed to flip them I did get a full size and it did not ever extend to the full size of my mattress. It’s about 2 inches short long ways and about a half an inch short from the side to side.
They half an inch is easy to make it look like it fits because I can make it to where it’s a quarter inch on both sides but I hide the 2 inches that it is short long ways with my pillows so I guess it still works out, but I wish it would’ve been the size I ordered! Everybody said give it a day or two, but it’s been over a year and it’s still hasn’t got to the full size it’s supposed to be however i had a 2 inch one 40 buck memory foam mattress prior to this that got like 4.8 stars and this is 1 million times more comfortable! It did have a little smell to it when it came out of the package but that went away very fast. I should put in here I went through a depressive state from loosing my fiancé where I was constantly in bed for about four months out of the year, the only time I was out of bed was when I was at work so I would say this mattress has held up pretty good !
I have a lot of back problems! I’m 30 now, but when I was 17 years old, they said I had degenerative disc disease which runs in my family and I had three herniated discs from my car accident so I dealt with back pain for about a decade and a half now … this memory foam topper has helped so much!!!!

This is everything I could have wanted and more.
I love that it came in 3 in not just two inches like so many others. I love that it’s cooling.
I wouldn’t say that it is cooling, but it is definitely comfortable in the Arizona summer. It doesn’t make me feel any cooler when I’m on it. However, I do feel like it pulls the heat away from me while I’m sleeping, so I think that’s the sense that they mean by being cooling.

I wanted to love it but finally accepted that it doesn’t have enough support, For the sake of my bones, joints and spine, I finally removed it from the bed. Can’t blame Serta. It is plush. Extremely plush. First few nights were good, like sleeping on a cloud. Then after a month it lost its recoil and when you sink in, you stay there. I have a normal BMI and don’t have any mobility issues getting in or out of bed, but this foam makes it difficult to roll out of the bed. It’s too soft for my needs. Unfortunately missed the return window by 2 weeks.
