I received the box, as you can see by the photos I was a little worried that things were either going to be missing, or scratched or bent, but they were not fortunately. It’s unfortunate that the box was damaged as it was. That being said, it didn’t take me long to put this bed together at all. It was quite easy. I only had trouble with one connection. The corner piece screws were a little snug going in. I was afraid I was going to strip the screws, but I did not. They tightened up nicely. Everything was labeled well, everything was there, however, it would’ve been nice if the supplier sent one extra just in case of the screws and the nuts. It’s quite sturdy. The only reason why I gave it a four star, was I really felt that the mattress could’ve been seated in a little bit. No ridge or edge to keep the mattress on the bed frame. To me the underside should be the upper side, it has enough of a lip where it would keep the mattress in place. I haven’t used it yet, but just putting the mattress on there, it slides very easily. So that is definitely a concern. I’m happy with a look, and the ease of putting it all together.

La adquirí en diciembre y llegó mucho más rápido de lo esperado. La instalé con el inicio de año y fue una gratísima sorpresa. Para lo mucho que pesaba la caja, la cual era bastante pequeña, al instalar la cama resulta MUY ligera pero igualmente muy firme. Es increíblemente fácil de instalar y de mover. Incluye todo lo que necesitas para instalarla.
El detalle es que, al ser tan ligera, y a pesar de que el colchón es de los pesados, es fácil que se mueva o “patine” en piso lustroso. Sin embargo, estoy muy contenta con la compra. Elegí la más alta, lo cual fue como una prueba para mí puesto que el colchón también es alto, pero quedó de maravilla.

Needed a bedframe, didn’t want to spend a fortune, and needed it to be smooth enough a mattress without a box spring could be on it.
This one checked all those boxes.
It is tall, I’d seen reviews talking about that, but I didn’t know until we had put it together, that I could put totes under it! Which I use to store things instead of cardboard. So helpful! There is a foot in the middle underneath, so there is some maneuvering to do.
It is a guest bed and hasn’t been used yet, so I can’t say whether the mattress will slide at all, which I’d also read in other reviews. But we did get on and off it a few times to check, and it didn’t slide at all for us.

Let me start by saying that I am ridiculously girly and not very handy with tools. Nonetheless, I assembled this whole thing by myself in under an hour. It’s very sturdy, and has plenty of clearance to store stuff.
All the pieces and tools are included and the instructions are pretty easy to follow
Assembly tips:
The pieces come individually labeled and bubble wrapped. I suggest you cut just enough of the plastic away to pull out the screws and such one by one. This will keep them organized.
I also had a box that I kept the small parts in just in case the screws managed to escape the plastic.
Do not unwrap all the large pieces until you need them. There is only a small piece of paper under the plastic to label them and you don’t want to forget which is what.
The very first instruction tells you to set up the outside bars without screwing them in. Ignore this. It’s impossible. Just put them into position, then screw them in using the long screws first.
Like I said, it comes with the tools, but the crescent wrench is rather flimsy, so use your own wrench or borrow one. I didn’t have one, so the short screws on each corner haven’t been tightened. But, for what it’s worth, my 75 pound Labrador jumps on and off this bed all day and it’s still sturdy.
Final note- A friend of mine who is VERY handy bought a similar frame which took her 2 1/2 hours to put together, so this one is definitely designed to be easier to assemble.

I was looking at a totally different frame for about 5$ less. I read the reviews and saw some common issues one piece either bent or broke. Not a frame u wanna use for more than 6months. Directions sucked etc… So I eventually came across this frame. It had some good reviews. So i decided to get this frame. It came packaged really good. The directions are simple and clear. Set up took 20 mins. They even added a locknut to the frame on all 4 corners. Thats where u get the no noise part. The locknut wont back out keeping everything nice and tight. That in itself impressed me. The two side rails fold out already connected saving u time. Everything was labeled correctly. All the hardware was there. It also supplied tools as well. Everything fit as it should. I didnt have to fix any mistakes. I am even impressed with how sturdy it is. I only bought a twin so i cant tell you the bigger beds with more parts wont be this easy. I would buy this frame again. I aslo put an 8 inch mattress on it and it fits it real nice. The only thing i would worry about would be your kids. Those filler railings on the inside of the side rails. They just sit down into a welded metal saddle. They can remove them. Btw no plastic parts everything is metal. Everything is bolted and welded together. Nice product believe me ill tell you whether or not if its a good product. You dont hear anything from me in 6 months means no complaints.

NOTE: leaving this review 5/29/25, a week after i set it up, but i will come back and update this if it breaks later. so take any quality comments with a grain of salt until then.
i suck at following directions, but it was still really easy to assemble, took me maybe 15 minutes
it’s easy to move around post assembly because it folds like a sandwich.
it seems to hold fairly sturdy, and the inclusion of tightening tools is a nice touch.
i recommend ordering some rubber bottoms for furniture feet to help save your wooden floor and make it not slide around when trying to place a mattress down on top of it. thats not a necessity just to sleep this on i guess though
the size and functionality was as expected though, and until things break, i’ll say i like the design.
will be super easy to transport when i need to; few enough screws to make taking apart easy, but also the folding means i can just sort of fold it up and move it around too.
as far as price goes, idrk nothing about buying bed frames, so i cant speak on that. maybe ill know better later and update this part too. but i aint mad at it fr
