Pleasantly surprised by this daybed. It came on time and very well packaged. Each piece was in excellent condition. Beautiful wood finish. Super easy to put together, no additional tools required. I assembled myself but having an extra hand to hold sections would be helpful. They provided an extra of each screw type. Highly recommend!

One the screws was not fitting through the headboard.
Still using the daybed.

First off it comes in two boxes, I opened them both to show how nice it’s packed. I assembled it myself, I used a bench and a pillow to hold it up while I put the back and one side together, then I did the other side. I then put the front rail on and then the back. Here’s where I ran into a problem, on one side the rail wouldn’t mount because the screws wouldn’t go in. The screws were the proper size (M8 x 1.25 thread pitch). The one bracket was drilled and tapped M8 x 1.00 thread pitch. So I took the bracket off the side arm and ran a tap of M8 x 1.25 thread pitch through both holes and mounted it back onto the side arm. It worked perfectly. After that I mounted the slats. It comes with screws to mount the slats. So before you assemble one, check to make sure the screws go all the way through by hand. Aside from that little problem this daybed is great.

Easy to assemble, and it’s absolutely beautiful. The grandkids love it. It also seems to be very sturdy, and it’s used everyday as a sofa. Would definitely do it again — goodbye recliner and good riddance!

This daybed is being used in my living room. My husband is having trouble with stairs and I didn’t want a regular bed in my living room. It was shipped in 2 boxes and packed very carefully. Nice quality wood and easy to assemble. The only problem I could find, is a 39″ twin mattress doesn’t fit…it is 2-3″ larger than the daybed; even though the measurements on the bed say 39″ wide. All in all, this looks great in my living room.
