Weekend Mechanic –
I like to assemble this kind of product so it was an enjoyable experience – a leisurely hour or so. There were a couple of very minor mistakes in the instructions but nothing major. The quality of the product is equal to what you would expect at this price point and if you are familiar with IKEA products you’re ahead of the game. This is going into the guest bedroom, so a heavy heirloom bed would be overkill. The finished product exceeds the sum of the parts, meaning it looks great and is strong and sturdy. The supplied tool is adequate, but you should have a rechargeable drill with a 5mm hex key and a Phillips head screwdriver key to assemble. It’s a very good product and I’m pleased with the results.
