Easy to put together looks awesome. Love the lights and my kids are super happy with them. They’re very sturdy and for the price you can’t really go wrong and that floating design you’re not stubborn your toe on it and it just looks cool. You’re definitely not gonna have your kids putting a bunch of crap under their bed either.😂

I don’t like the little screw they use to hold the bed together. They keep falling out and the bottom of the bed keeps falling. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend but the look of the bed alone is very nice.

I’ve never put something together that was so well organized, labeled, and documented. All of the screws and hardware was in its own itemized labeled blister pack. The instructions were almost 100% perfect. The only improvement would be when you peel the protective film off of the double stick tape for the LED light strips, you have to start at the side with the plug or you won’t be able to separate the film. One of the corner foot brackets was a little bit twisted so I had to open up the hole with my drill to get the screw to a line, but it wasn’t that big of a deal and the bed is rock solid. Took me about two hours with the modification I had to make and I was watching a podcast so I might’ve been a little distracted. You might get unlucky and have a piece damaged in shipping, but there’s almost no chance of missing pieces the way they have packaged the hardware.

I ordered the twin bed for my son. It came without the plug adapter for the lights. I have reached out to their customer service yesterday via email and as of this morning PST there has been no response. I will update later should I get a response.
