This item did have a little difficulty assembling. They did provide 2 tools. One endHaven’t alan ridge and the other end had a phillips head screwdriver. It made it difficult to tighten some of the bolts with the allen head, because you could only use it one way. Mattress does slip all over the products platform. Some instructions in the booklet, such as attaching the footboard and the side rails to the head ford were a little unclear and vague.

Fairly easy to assemble. Definitely need two people for most steps. The twin size is just right for a kids room. Everything was labeled properly and there were extra screws just in case. Quality is good for the price. Metal, very little mdf, and the tufted fabric backboard.

It took me and my youngest 4 hours total to build this bed. Yes you will need someone to help you. You will need the time and patience also. It really was pretty easy instructions, everything was there, nothing was missing, no broken or damaged parts etc. He loves the new bed. It’s worth the price.

These twin beds were not to hard to put together by myself. The second one was easier as I knew what to expect. My granddaughters love the lights!

My son finally decided he was ready for a regular bed after about seven years in a loft bed. This arrived today, and he and I managed to put it together in about two hours after struggling a bit with the longer screws. The instructions were clear, but it was tricky getting the screws aligned through the two different bars and their corresponding holes and then threaded into the grooves just right. It definitely worked better having a second person to help out. The bed looks great, though, and my son’s very happy with it. As a teen gamer and collector, he loves the shelves and the outlets.
All of the parts arrived intact and flawless. It seems very sturdy and will hopefully last several years. His mattress does slide a bit and is a little shorter than the frame. It’s nothing major, but I did already bang my leg on the end of the frame where it joins (and is a bit taller than) the side frame. Overall, it’s was a great deal for just over $100. My daughter might end up choosing the same one when *she’s* ready for a new bed!
