Took about 4hrs to assemble, 2 people. But worth it, love the minimalist style yet with so much storage space underneath. My mattress is a pillow top and it is a bit heavy, the hydraulic works only when nothing is on top of my bed. Otherwise I need someone to hold it up.

    Love the design.

Decided it was time for a new bed frame as I had an old metal flat frame that squeaked with the tiniest movement. This bed is such an upgrade it’s been about a week since I’ve been using it and it’s sturdy, quiet, and the under the bed storage is an amazing feature and I don’t feel like it’ll slam on me as I am putting things underneath it. It’s pretty strong.

It took my husband about two hours to build, it was pretty easy instructions however we received two parts that weren’t even in the instructions nor was it even on the part list of everything you’re supposed to have so we have two pieces that I’m assuming didn’t need on there and it was just a mistake with whoever packaged it up. Something I feel like it’s important to add is when you get to the part to set up the under the bed storage you need a second person to hold up the frame so make sure you have another set of hands on standby!

Another thing to mention is the box is heavy..The box was ripped in all directions. I definitely think if they shipped some parts separately there wouldn’t be any risk to the parts getting damaged. Luckily, nothing was damaged for us just the box looked like it was on its death bed.

Durable. Husband is a big guy. King size bed frame holds me, my husband, 3 dogs (2 great danes)Total weight is around 850 lbs. Doesn’t include bed linens and 8 king pillows. Only cons are the bed frame sits lower to ground. We placed the box spring support under our mattress to raise it up. We have a sleep number mattress. Now only my husband can lift the bed up as I’m unable to lift to get to storage underneath. I could do on my own when only the mattress was on the frame and removed pillows. The hydralic lift would assist once I pulled up on handle. This frame would be perfect if it was a foot higher off the ground.

It has been a month I am using this bed. Took around an hour to assemble. Great bed frame. No cracking sound. Hydraulics work absolutely great. I am using 12inch mattress which weighs more than 100 pounds and I can lift effortlessly. Worth every penny spent.

Love it. The velvet is sooo soft and it’s very pretty!
My mattress is 12 inches so it was a little bigger than the open space in the back but I still love the look and how tall my bed feels now.
It seems very sturdy so far and it took about 2.5 hours for my husband to put together by himself. Once you lift up the base to put stuff under for storage, it does require some muscle to put back down but I think that tensions will ease up over time.
I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

Good sturdy bed frame. Gave it a 4 because I thought I had 12” storage space when reality it’s about 10.5” storage height. Other than that it’s great.

Give yourself time to put together.
The outcome was well worth it.
Keep everything organized when unpacking the box.

  9. Paul

Love the unit and the extra storage space. Notched out a 1”x2” board to add some safety when the bed is up to prevent accidental closure.

Heavy to lift up; wife can’t do it. Have numerous plastic containers and large storage bags in/under the bed. More tan a traditional bed frame would allow for.
