Everything is good the only problem is that the control to change the lights is broken and is not working.

I was able to put this together pretty much by myself, I needed my husband for the end but other than that this bed frame is perfect!

The bed itself is awesome. Every piece felt super sturdy and the platform bed supports are metal, not wood. So you wouldn’t have to worry about them breaking unless you have an adult jumping on the bed. My one star docked are for the instructions. Several photos on the instructions are reversed from what you need to actually do. So you have to stop and compare the look to where you’re building it in relation to the bed and then flip the pieces around. Or often, the left side in the photo is the right and vice versa. But other than that, it’s a fantastic deal. My son is in love with it. 3.5hr assembly time because there are so many dang pieces and I have carpal tunnel.

I am beyond pleased with this bed! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Only two things I’m going to complain about is 1.) it felt like it took ten years to get here, & 2.) it was definitely a challenge to put together. Other than that? Wonderful!!

Okay first the box had a little damage in shipping but, this in no way affected the materials inside. Everything was packaged well and included a few extra screws and bolts.
I will say if you are doing this alone have a dolly or help carrying it to room to set it up in. It is a very long and heavy box.
Getting in the build. For the first time ever every hole was lined up perfect. There were no missing parts at all. All but 1 piece was labled and it is obvious what piece it is if your’s comes unlabled as well. It is rail brace piece under headboard.
The led strips x1 and x2 pieces are reversed so be sure to know on x1 page it is actually x2. Same with brackets. Instructions say m1 m2 but, there is only a package labeled m.
To continue on build the Instructions are easy and very user friendly. There is however 27 pages of steps so it is not a quick process. With a few breaks it took me a few hours but, I am a bit ocd with part orders.
What I will say is I wish the led strips were a bit longer and ran more of the head board but as seen in my video it puts out a nice ambient light. I myself will be adding some inside hidden compartment. As for the compartment door it has two mounting methods half way down the wood door and at top. Variation will let door open half way or all the way. I prefer the half way down so my brackets are at top. The door hinges if you follow instructions they are a little tight. My recommended fix to this is slide hinges together after ones on door panel are screwed in and, then screw hinge into the headboard side.
Overall the bed frame is phenomenal, plenty of support and looks good too.
