This is exactly what I needed. I wanted something that I could put up and take down when I need to in order to put a foldable mattress in a spare room for when I have guests. I did not want the bed to be up all of the time because the room is relatively small and I use it as an office. The first time putting it together was a little bit of a challenge for me, but that’s just a me thing. It was very easy to put together and even easier to take down and store with the trifold mattress. It is a very sturdy bed frame .This is a great purchase. If you’re thinking about it definitely do it. It’s space-saving and easy to put up and down.

I’m really happy with this metal bed frame. It’s very strong and sturdy exactly what I needed after breaking the slats on my bed. I got this frame specifically because I needed better support, and it’s been perfect. Assembly was a little challenging for me, only because I’m not used to putting furniture together, but the instructions were clear and I was able to get it done. Once set up, it felt super solid and supportive. Definitely a great buy!

Easy assembly, it’s actually a great product if you want a high quality frame for a good price, assembled in about 5 minutes, there is actually no squeaking noise at all , I replaced my old frame because of the squeaky slats, also this frame is foldable, great if you ever need to get rid of it or move , amazing product for this price range.

Bought two and am very happy overall. I do recommend. Ordered one and delivery was delayed multiple times. Amazon eventually suggests reordering and I can return the first if it ever shows up. Well, it did, so I had two arrive a day or two apart. Since I had already I remèdes to buy a second if I liked the first this wasn’t terrible.
Assembly is both easy and hard. There are places where the nut is (soldered?) on and painted over. Works great 90% of the time. Couple instances of no way in hell is the bolt screwing in. Luckily for me zip ties were a safe and effective solution in those spots. I did also need a rubber mallet on both frames because the pieces fit very tightly in one particular spot. But overall very well designed and strong. Both frames are silent with zero wiggle. Discarded the old box springs and frames. Everyone is sleeping great and especially no longer waking up every time the other sleeper gets up or rolls over. Excellent support it is like getting a new mattress. It did makes our beds feel very different-more firm and supportive. The old headboard did not fit as the frame is higher and the headboard was the wrong size. Great clearance for storage. I do see under the bed more-if I were picky I would want a new longer bedspread to hide that. The bed doesn’t seem to shift too much although more than on the box spring. Sheets and blankets do come untucked more frequently.
Missing star is for trouble with delivery and zip tie thing (only one frame needed them). So pleased with comfort, sturdiness and general quality especially for the price.

Best investment of 2025, hands down. Product came to our door on-time. It was packaged really well. No issues, no broken or defective parts, no scratches. It was really easy to put together. My Husband was so impressed with the tool they provided, in fact he put it in his tool box for future use. They did not seem to spare expense when it comes to making this item and they put a lot of thought into the design. It can hold a lot, very sturdy, does not make a sound when on it or doing other physical activities. Wish I bought one sooner. All that for this price, it is a steal!

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. We like I glad I order it because the gel mattress with springs shows the bed already in a frame and I could not find if the frame came with it. So I ordered the bed frame just in case. The mattress is very comfortable but we definitely needed the frame. It’s amazing to spend 240 dollars on a well made queen mattress and 50 dollars for the frame. It is good quality for that low price. I have a craft matic bed and for the high price it’s hard and not nearly as comfortable.

*disclaimer* I live in an apartment, if you do too, you’ve found the right review!
Lemme start by saying, my S.O. and I had our mattress on the floor for the first 3 weeks of moving in to our new place. This meant our brand new sheets, comforter, and a few throw pillows, often frequented the floor; they all picked up dust, dirt, cat hair, etc., the usual day to day messes of life. Stepped on, slipped on, you name it, it probably happened. If you’re in this boat, you know, it can be a little frustrating.
I told myself I’d build a box spring, buy a nice bedframe with a headboard, do this right… That was 2.5 weeks after telling myself it would be worth it, looking in local shops for pre built box springs and seeing them for no less than $100, and almost $200 after delivery + taxes.
Well, since I’m here I guess you can imagine how that went. With work, trying to make the apartment feel like home, constantly cleaning and trying to maintain a social life, and without really your own front yard to do the whole building thing, the idea just became a faint whisper. It was around this time I also noticed the closets were a bit cluttered too, but I just told myself, “this was apartment living”
One night, I decided to come to amazon to see if they sell box springs. To my absolute distrust and hesitation, I clicked through some reviews of this platform bedframe. It seemed pretty promising, but some reviews had a couple issues with broken parts and said it felt uncomfortable. I decided to roll the Amazon dice and purchase the platform bedframe.
3 days rolled by and it came, shipped to my apartment and dropped off with a loud “thud” on the front door. The package was heavy and I guess the delivery guy was frustrated from my place being such a frequent stop for him with heavy packages. “Great…” I said, hoping no damage had occurred. The box was pretty beat up too.
I opened it, assembled it (took about 5 minutes of finger tightening wing nuts btw) and plopped the mattress up on it. Thankfully it seemed to survive it’s rough journey from the warehouse to my place, I noticed two things immediately:
1.) This was the answer to making the bedroom feel more like a home
2.) There is a ridiculous amount of storage underneath the bed that simply isn’t allowed for in closets.
I stuffed as many rarely-used items under the bed as I possibly could, which allowed me to straighten up the closets. I even made room to keep the box to the frame in there, just in case the S.O. didn’t like it and we had to send it back.
She came home and also instantly appreciated the look and feel of the bedroom. Needless to say, we did some investigation to see just how loud and sturdy the bedframe is. It’s silent, and unmoving! 😉
I threw the box out after 2 nights of sleeping on the bed, confident in my purchase and ready to guide other potential customers with a humongous review on why they should also take the plunge and try it. It seriously is the perfect bedframe for an apartment. You’ll be glad you tried it!

I bought the double frame which is basically two single frames that clip together. It’s brilliant. It’s very sturdy, doesn’t creak or squeak and I move around a lot when I sleep. Super easy to put together, took less than five minutes. It’s perfect for me as it’s a temporary solution until I move into my permanent home but I’ll be using it in my Guest Bedroom as it’s so comfortable. I purchased a mattress with it and a mattress topper and it’s as comfortable as any Hotel bed I’ve slept in.
