    Way too firm. Not sure if I have to wait for it to “break in” but so far I’m not a fan. I broke my back years ago and my old mattress was over 10 years old and starting to cause back pain. This one also gives me back pain.. even though firmer mattresses are supposed to help with that. I’ve learned that I need something that will conform and support my back while I sleep not feel like I’m sleeping on a floor. I would look elsewhere if you like a little more of a “squish” but also firm enough for support. This is not it.
    *** wanted to make an update because the seller is exceptional. Replied to this review and asked if I’d like to make a return. I’m so used to losing out on money with big items like this because there’s almost no way to vacuum seal the mattress back up and the box was already thrown out and cut into. The seller gave me a full refund without having to return it. Sad I had to throw this away because it wasn’t the right fit for me. But I give 4 stars because the quality is good, and seller is nice just not right for my needs.

    Estoy muy satisfecha con esta compra. El colchón de 10 pulgadas es cómodo, tiene el balance perfecto entre firmeza y suavidad, y se nota la calidad de los materiales. La combinación de espuma viscoelástica y resortes individuales ofrece un gran soporte sin perder confort. No tiene fibra de vidrio, lo cual me dio mucha tranquilidad, y viene certificado por CertiPUR-US. Desde la primera noche noté la diferencia en mi descanso. ¡Recomendado totalmente!

    Bed is super comfortable. The springs offer full support while the topping is nice and cushy. The medium firmness is perfect. I sleep through the night and don’t wake up with any problems. The bed offers great support for spinal and hip alignment. I’d absolutely buy it again. The smell is gone in about 2ish days. The mattress completely settles and puffs up by the third day. I slept on it before the third day and it was still comfortable. The dimensions line up with what is advertised. Overall, this was a great purchase.

    This hybrid mattress is of very good quality, they are very comfortable to sleep on and feel relaxed while you rest, with respect to the price it is good since I have one of these that I bought elsewhere but much more expensive, actually Amazon has the best price, I recommend it.

    Comfy mattress — Not too soft and not too firm. Just the right firmness for a comfortable night’s sleep. Convenient having the mattress delivered right to my door. Super easy to set up. Much cheaper than the box stores and no extra fee for delivery.

    I’ve been using this mattress for a week now and I’m really happy with it! The medium firmness is perfect for my back — soft enough to be comfortable but firm enough to give good support. The individually wrapped coils help reduce motion, so I don’t feel every little move. I also love that it’s fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-US certified — that gave me peace of mind. My sleep has improved a lot. Definitely recommend!

    It came in a small box, but after opening, it was the perfect size. It doesn’t sink in like my old mattress and now my back pain is finally gone. Definitely recommend this. Also, it got firmer after a couple of days which makes it take back its shape immediately after I come off of it.

    This twin hybrid mattress is very comfortable. The memory foam feels soft, while the pocket coils give nice support. It’s medium firm—just right, not too hard or soft. I sleep well without back pain. It’s also fiberglass-free and CertiPUR-US certified, so it’s safe and clean. Great value!
