Nice pad…Had a bit of a smell initially but not too bad… dissipated fairly quickly. The pad is not too soft and not too hard! Goldilocks likey!

UPDATE: after talking with the seller about the inability to return the mattress pad because it expands, they were willing to refund my purchase and I am getting rid of it on my end. Changed the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because of the sellers desire to put customer service first.

First of all, I decided to try this one because others indicated it had some firmness. It is soft. I woke up in the middle of the night in a hole. Definitely not for me as I was looking for some good support for my back (herniated disc).
Secondly because the product expands there is no way to get it back into the box. The seller wants you to return it to ups in a box. Not happening. When I reached out to the seller they suggested Ia 50% refund and I could keep or sell. I really just want to get rid of it and not have to deal with trying to get money. So if you think you will return this easily after opening, and want that option on the table this pad is NOT the way to go. Super frustrated.

Love this mattress topper. Feels like I’m melting into my bed (in a good way). The box warns you that there may be a smell but honestly mine didn’t smell at all. It’s very comfy and fit my queen sized bed perfectly.

So worth it. My bed felt hard and made some noises and I didn’t feel like I was rested in the morning. I thought of chaging matress but I went with this one first. The 3 inches make such a difference that it feels like a new matress. We got it mid May and so far so good. We let it sit 36 hours before placing it on the bed… Recommend!!

Well made and comfortable. I bought this to replace a latex topper that had developed a rubbery odor.
I did a lot of reading on reviews and decided on this topper. It is just perfect. No odor right out of the wrappers. It regained its 3” thickness within an hour but I left it a full day before putting it on the bed.
I have a cover that is like a fitted sheet. The sides fit over the mattress and the top zips the topper in place over the mattress. It holds the topper in place so I can’t say how the straps that come with this topper work.
I have not complaints about this product at this time. That may change but I don’t anticipate it.
