I am very happy with this 12″ mattress. I had never gotten a “bed in a box” before so I was worried. There was no smell when opened -it does POP open so be careful- It expanded immediately – be sure you have plenty of room- It is heavy but I had no problem putting it on the bed frame by myself (husband was at work). I did let it set for the full 72 hours as well as lightly pulling up on the edges once a day -recommend both- It seems like it’s not changing at all those first couple of days. But it really is. When first on the frame it sat a little below the bottom of the headboard. Slowly but surely at the end of the 72 hours it was a little above the bottom of the headboard. So definitely wait the full 72 hours. I like the medium firmness myself because it’s not “hard” and I don’t sink into it either. It’s comfortable yet supportive for me – I am 5′ 7″ and 180 lbs- just remember to read and follow all directions and recommendations and you’ll be happy with this mattress.

Didn’t really “fluff” up after 72 hours. I recommend getting the 12 inch. 10 inch is just too thin. Overall it is okay just wish I would have went up

After needing a proper mattress and searching for several months on Amazon I decided on the Novilla mattress after seeing that it had inner foam coils. I read a review that said it was bouncy and I have never had a bouncy bed before so thought I would try it. I’ve only ever slept on firm beds and sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on a dream. The mattress is firm but it is soft at the same time. Hard to explain, I know, but trust me, it feels like a cloud. The top is a quilted fabric so it keeps you cool. It came packaged very tightly in clean plastic so the mattress was sterile and fresh. I love my Novilla. The quality is out of this world. I dreamed so much and when I woke up my back and diaphram felt like they were better aligned believe it or not. Can’t recommend this product enough. Thank you, Novilla.

I’ve only had this mattress for a week, so I can’t comment on how well it holds up over time. HOWEVER, I am LOVING it so far. I searched online for days, for different mattresses, and couldn’t decide. My husband and I went to a local store, and laid on a few diff brands and styles, and I knew right then, that a hybrid is what i was looking for. I just couldn’t afford to pay their price, of over $700. So I got busy researching “hybrid mattresses” and kept seeing this brand. After reading reviews, i went with this one, and it has been great. Best sleep I have gotten in years, and that’s snuggled up next to an 18 month old, who wakes up to nurse still, multiple times a night. My husband had it unpacked and set up pretty quickly, and it was pretty expanded within the day. If you’re on the fence, buy it. You won’t regret it.

I set this up and gave it a day to fully expand before sleeping. Looks great, see photo. Then I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. This meets my standards for firm, very impressed by the technology. I’m not sure how there are coils in here, but they are definitely in here. Has very nice spring to it, watch out when you open the package, it will expand rapidly due to the coils. You will not sink into this mattress in your sleep, this is not some cheap memory foam garbage, this is a real mattress. I really could not be more impressed. It’s actually amazing. Also heavy, very heavy, you will need a friend or a dolly to move the package. If I had to guess, I’d say the King weighs around 200 or maybe even 250 and the box dimensions are awkward. Mine had no factory smell either. 11/10 mattress for the price. Just wow.

Horrible experience. I bought three of these and the first two went off without a hitch. My son and I were opening up the third one and we pull the external layer of plastic off and unrolled it until it got down to the actual mattress that is supposed to be in a vacuumed package, but something must’ve happened where as soon as we rolled the plastic off of the mattress to the end, it exploded like a bomb and literally hit my 17-year-old son in the mouth, cutting his lip with his braces and blowing him back to the wall. He was so stunned and dazed. I thought I was going to have to take him to the hospital. This was a horrible, horrible experience.
