Excellent customer service! The mattress is super comfortable and feels like sleeping in a cloud. However, I found out that I need a firmer mattress, so I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the mattress!

Amazon delivery drivers won’t bring it to your front door bc it’s too heavy. Had to carry it from lobby to my apartment and tore my rotator cuff in the process been in physical therapy with debilitating pain ever since. Next time I’d order from an actual mattress store because they know how important it is to deliver something so heavy right to the customers door. I thought I was saving money ordering on Amazon but with all the doctor bills and chronic pain I now deal with I’ve probably spent just as much as I would’ve at a mattress store

Overall, so far, I am generally happy with my Twin XL 14” mattress. Shipping took a long time……longer than “suggested”. The direction recommend giving it 7 days to fully expand…..much longer than the 48-72 hrs in the description here.
On the positive side. There is almost no odor at all; and what there is, is not bad at all. Secondly, I believe that this will be very comfortable when it is finally expanded. Even now, I would be happy with the comfort level. I like to read in bed and sleep on my side, and it feels great in both positions.

We have had the mattress for almost a month now. It was a little more difficult to get set up than I thought it would, that is on me. Everything went smoothly and we let it sit for a day before we used it.
There was NO bad odor. It has been extremely comfortable since we started using it.
This mattress is, for the money, fantastic!

I am only writing this because you do get some GREAT deals on Amazon and this is one! First understand that you Must keep it in the box to return it. Even then it will cost $80 dollars to return at UPS. So its a gamble if you don’t like it. Also you will NEVER get it back in the box or ANY box. You own it. It is heavy in the box at 130 pounds. It is almost 180 when you let it rest for two days. The handles are a nice addition so that’s a plus. Put it on the bed first and cut the bag and pull away. They say 24 hours I did 48. Here goes: 1. No smell of any kind. 2. Looks better than the picture. 3. It’s heavy, meaning all those layers are there and the spring coils are there also. I have the 14 inch Queen. 4. I would say this is a Medium firm. Great for Any sleeper. I am a side sleeper and wife is a back sleeper; both work just fine. 5. I do not feel her weight when she moves. Really it’s that good. I’m 225 and wife is 145 so you can use this as a guide. We do sleep separately but on occasion together. 6. I paid $1,600. for the all foam mattress I had for 8 years. After 2 years it was way to soft. Almost junk. No support. 7. This mattress is so far the best I have ever owned. I’m 78. We get picky at this age so go by that. This will be my last mattress. I’m blessed. 8. I have done 6 weeks of sleeping on it so far and just plain wonderful. The name is kind of crazy but who judges by name any more. My replaced one was a Serta (garbage). Always get coils and foam and the foam Need to be layers. That tech only years later proved to be the best way to go – comfort for both. It really is perfect for 80% of sleepers. But no mattress anywhere will be better than that and it will not be $600. bucks. You take a gamble but with inflation, how that can make this for that price point I do not know. I do know that many name products are trash after 3 years. Any negative comments I do not understand but really look at all the junk electronics from China, one is great the others are junk. Even if you don’t like it, keep it, what are you really out? Some member of your clan will buy it at that price or knock off the $80 to send it back and they are even more happy. I have been on amazon for 14 years. I do not write on my stuff my time is short. But in all those years this was a true delight, the best of all of them and so I go out on a good note with Amazon. I’ve sent back my share of stuff like we all have done over the years. Thanks, I feel I paid back for all the reviews people we read and go by but they never get any thanks. The mattress is comfortable and it had no weird smells coming out of the seal. It fully expanded within a day, though they recommend 3…. The mattress is medium-firm 🙂

I needed to get a bigger mattress and decided to try this hybrid mattress with springs and foam. I’ve gotten a few foam mattresses before, and they are generally good but can be a little too soft, so wanted to try a mix. The first thing you do notice when you get it that its pretty heavy, but even though the box is heavy its still compact enough to come in a slim box that you can easily move to where you need it. The unpacking process was simple too once I figured it out, and you even get a cutter to open it up. The mattress expands and after you wait 4 hours it is ready to go. I added the covers and have been sleeping on it for a week and its really nice.
If I had a complaint or concern, it’s that it is pretty bulky once it expands, so make sure you put it somewhere you want it before you open it as its hard to move around. Again, not really an issue, just something to remember. This also includes making sure you have some help to move the box, as it is heavy.
I’ve been sleeping on it for over a week, and it has been great. For the price you pay you’ll get a good mattress that takes the best of spring mattresses and the easy of a foam mattress. Highly recommended as a good choice in a new mattress.
